Tennis Clash is an online PVP game, in which players can play a fun version of real tennis with other players from around the globe on their mobile. The game is designed to be fast and exhilarating.

Though it comes with a learning curve, once you understand the basics, the game is really a treat to play.

In the beginning, we are asked to enter our name or alias and then we go through a training course to help us understand how to play this game.

In the training session, we learn how to make long and short shots by swiping on the mobile screen.

We also learn how to adjust the power of our shots and serve by the speed with which we swipe.

In the Intro session, we are given a starter tennis kit which includes a starter tennis racquet, racquet grip, tennis shoes and a wrist band.

As we progress in the game, we unlock better racquets and accessories that help us improve our game.

Tennis Clash Controls

Tennis Clash has 3 basic controls needed to play:

  1. Tap to move your player
  2. Swipe to strike the ball
  3. Press and Swipe for Lob shots

How do I move in Tennis Clash?

To move in Tennis Clash we just need to do a simple Tap on the Screen to where you want your player to move. The players will also move automatically to reach a ball hit by your opponent. If you want to move to a different position, you just need to tap again to where you need to go.

The pace in which your player moves will also depend on the STAMINA and AGILITY attributes of the player which can be enhanced by using the correct cards, more on that below.

How do I hit the ball hard in Tennis Clash?

To hit a ball hard back at your opponent, we need to swipe on the screen as fast we can. The faster the swipe, the harder the ball is hit.You also need to time the swipe to exactly when the ball reaches you, not before, not later. Timing and the speed of the swipe makes the ball go flying.

The power the ball is hit back at the opponent also depends greatly on the Forehand and Backhand attributes of the player. Using cards to enhance these attributes of the player gives you all the power you need. More on that below.

Tennis Clash Best Players and Lineup

The characters in Tennis Clash are broadly categorised as

  1. Aggressive Baseliners
  2. Counter Punchers
  3. All Rounders
  4. Serve and Volley Players

Best character in Tennis Clash as per their types

Aggressive Baseliner

The best player in the Aggressive Baseliner category is Luc hands down.

The baseline Forehand and Backhand attributes of Luc trumps way above Jonah and Viktoria.

The only downside about choosing Luc is that he is a very rare character card to get in a bag unless you spend a lot of real currency and buy him.

If you do not have a Luc, use Jonah or Viktoria as they are equally formidable Aggressive Baseliners.

Viktoria being left-handed gives you the southpaw advantage over all the other players except Leo who is also left-handed.

Counter Puncher

The best player in the Counter Puncher category is Kaito.

Kaito has a very high baseline Stamina and Agility and when combines with the correct combination of cards and strings that enhance these attributes. The opponents of Kaito will be huffing and puffing for air halfway through the match.

All Rounder

The best All Rounder in Tennis Clash is Mei-Li.

The fact that the All Rounders are built in a balanced way that don't have any particular edges over other players in their baseline attributes is the exact reason why their attributes need to be enhanced with cards to give them that edge.

Serve and Volley

The best Serve and Volley player is Leo hand down.

Leo being the tallest player in Tennis Clash and also being left-handed gives him many advantages over the other players.

The baseline attributes of Leo are built much in favour of being a serve and volley player. Combine it with cards that enhances his serves and volleys and you got yourself almost an unbeatable player. It is of no surprise that players who use Leo are more likely to win at the special event tournaments.
